Hello, My name is Chris Ownbey
I’m a 50-year-old personal trainer with more than 30 years in the health and fitness industry. I specialize in 30 minute workouts for Men and Women 40+ with workouts that are safe and effective to help you feel better and live better. As we get older our workout priorities change. A husband, father and grandfather, I have been a personal trainer for over 30 years. I specialize in workouts for men and women 40 years of age and above.
I understand as we get older we start exercising for different reasons. It’s not about the big pretty vanity muscles, it’s about longevity, better health, move better, get the spring back in your step, have the energy to keep up with the grandkids or play more golf.

Our program uses a combination of core exercises, stretches, balance drills, resistance training and cardio, set up in a 30-minute circuit-style system. Our program will get you into shape, but we do it in a safe and effective way.
